The Lord has called home His child, Annie Laura Rasberry Beeman. Services will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Rev. Hal Bates and Rev. Ron Mercer officiating. Burial will be in First Baptist Church of Collinsville cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Beeman, 95, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Diversicare of Meridian.
She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville for over 50 years, singing in the choir, teaching Sunday School, and serving her Lord.
She is survived by 4 children, Judy (Darrel) Harwell, of Collinsville, MS; Ronnie (Kay) Beeman, of Kodak, TN; Melanie (Danny) Luke, of Collinsville, MS; Melita (Tommy) Tomlinson, of Starkville, MS; 8 grandchildren, Lisa Arendell, of Collinsville, MS; Monica (David) Akin, of Collinsville; Cary (April) Luke, of Collinsville, MS; Adelia Luke, of Gulfport, MS; Brian Beeman, of Kodak, TN; Kristen (Rob) Fyke, of Starkville, MS; Laura (Clay) Armstrong, of Starkville, MS; Heather (Trey) Skaggs, of Columbus, MS; and 14 great-grandchildren, Tiffany and Candace Arendell; Brooklee and Amberlee Akin; Braden and Cooper Luke; Henry, Noelle, and Mack Fyke; Luke and Caroline Armstrong; Jones, Anna Joy, and Will Skaggs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adair Beeman; grandson, Kyle Beeman; parents, William and Annie Laura Rasberry; 6 sisters and 5 brothers.
Pallbearers will be David Akin, Cary Luke, Brian Beeman, Clay Armstrong, Rob Fyke, Trey Skaggs, Jerry Walker, and Dr. Gary Gibson, II.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to The Gideons International.
