Funeral services for Mr. Charles "Tommy" Rowe will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 2 p.m. in Stephens Funeral Home Chapel of DeKalb with Rev. Chris Gully officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Cemetery.
Mr. Rowe, 74, of DeKalb, passed away Wednesday at his residence. He was an avid deer hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. He was a former member of the Hammock Hunting Club and a member of Snoody Creek Hunting Club. Mr. Rowe was retired from Union Pacific railroad.
Survivors include his son, Mark Rowe and wife Lisa; daughter, Bonnie Calvert; grandchildren, Alicia Jedwabnik, Kaley Dean and husband Taylor, Mike Corey; great-grandson, Grayson Dean; and loved ones Brenda, Andy and Nancy Nelson. He is also survived by his brother, William Rowe and wife Robyn; and his beloved puppy "Sweetie".
Mr. Rowe was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Madelain Rowe; wife, Linda Marie Rowe; and son, Mike Anthony Rowe.
Pallbearers will be Steve Vicnair, Taylor Dean, Andy Nelson, Mike Hull, Mark Rowe and Bobby Lee Haskins.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 14, from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends may sign the online register at
