I met Bubba & Ronny when I was 5 yrs. old, at The Masonic Home. Since then, Ronny was /IS my Best friend these 67 years. Was close to Bubba, Ethel Royals, George, Sr., Thomas, Mammaw & Temp during my life in Meridian. Learned of Bubba's Passing a few hours after when Bobby Knight called & then Ronny called before I could call him. Ronny has confirmed since Bubba's illness that he had TRULY given his "heart" (SOUL) to Jesus! Biblicaly & Historically ONLY 2 people NEVER DIED-Enoch (Gen.5:22-5) & Elijah (II K. 2:11)! So, ALL That Matters In Life & Eternity IS To TRULY Give YOUR Heart to Jesus (JOHN 1:1-3, 14; 3:16; 10:26-30) !!!

In Him,
Miller

Sympathy to Bubba’s family.
Bubba was outgoing, friendly and kind. He was a heck of a football player and blocked me all over the practice field a few times.
With the exception of him blocking me all of my memories are good. A great guy.

With deepest symphony to Sandy and his family. Many great memories of a great teammate at Ms State and many golf games with fellow friends. Bubba fought the great fight with a very tough opponent. May God continue to bless and give strength to his loving family.

My condolences to the family during this time. Bubba was a dear friend to my brother Bobby Knight and I remember him fondly when I was growing up, as well as when I worked at the bank in Meridian. We are so sorry for your loss.
