Services for Mr. Tommy Lee Leach will be held 2 pm, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Pinckney Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jon Doler and Bro. William Savell will officiate.
Visitation will be held 12 pm- 2 pm, Thursday at Milling Funeral Home of Union.
Mr. Leach, 77, of Union died Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Specialty Hospital of Meridian.
He graduated from Union High School and East Central Jr. College. He also graduated from Mississippi State with a degree in Circuit Engineering. He worked for a while with the corp of Engineering in Vicksburg. While there he felt the call to the ministry. He gave up his promising financial future to pursue this call.
He received his degree from New Orleans Baptist Seminary and was ordained by Pinckney Baptist Church. He received a doctorate degree from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He later completed the requirements to became a certified pastoral counselor. He spent most of his career in student ministry and in various counseling jobs.

Great Nephews and Nieces: Hugo, Oscar and Rosa Nelson; Kiersten, Landry and Kylee Tullos; Macy and Lana Nelligan; Bradley Hill and Daniell Blaser
Mr. Leach was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Alice Byram Leach
Pallbearers: Adam Tullos, Mark Nelson, Tracy Tullos, Ray Nelligan, Joe Freeman and James Earl Cockerham
Milling Funeral Home of Union is in charge of the arrangements.
