Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ruth Hamrick will be held Wednesday, May 31 at 1 p.m. Dr. Danny Lanier will be officiating with Ginger Grissom providing special music. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hamrick passed away at Hospice Ministries on Monday, May 29. She was retired as an office manager. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandson. Her survivors include one daughter, Sharon Burt and husband Frank; daughter-in-law Kathy Hamrick and grandsons Lance Farr and wife Tina, B.J. Cummings and wife Katie, E.J. Hamrick, Dustin Hamrick and Brock Hamrick. Mrs. Hamrick is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry E. Hamrick; her son Eddy Hamrick and grandson Derek Farr. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
