Bishop Samuel E. Phillips Obituary
Services for Bishop Samuel E. Phillips will be Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Mercy and Peace Outreach Church in Preston with Bishop Curtis Doakes officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, January 21, from 6-7 p.m. at New Haven Memorial Funeral Home and one hour prior to service. Bishop Phillips, 74, died Saturday, January 15, 2017 at Presbyterian St. Luke Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. New Haven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
