Funeral services for Mrs. Bobbie Neal Parker will be Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020, at noon, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Sahler officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Mrs. Parker, 90, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020, at Bedford Care Center of Marion.
Born June 23, 1929, in DeKalb, Miss. she was a faithful member of Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church until her health precluded her from attending.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Parker (Pequita) of Hickory, N.C.; and her daughter, Pamela Cooksey (Troy) of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren; as well as a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Mrs. Parker is preceded in death by her husband, John Lamar Parker; son, Hugh Lamar Parker; and her parents, Willie Lee and Annie Warren Neal.

so sorry to hear about bobbie- we were roommates at one time and i remember when she met john her husband- we also attended High School in De Kalb , mississippi-she had such a dry wit that would make you laugh-we had many good times together- give my regards to all.
