Biloxi, MS - Bobby Joe Rose, age 71, born in New Orleans, LA, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025. A transplant to the MS Gulf Coast, Bobby loved being close to the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean.

Bobby was a graduate of Picayune High School. He attended Parkway Baptist Church. He was a loving father to three children and proud grandfather to eight grandchildren. Bobby was known for his love of all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Jean Walker Rose and Leon Joseph Rose, and brother, Tommy Lee Rose.

Survivors include his sibling, Billy Wayne Rose; loving wife, Patricia Dianne Rose; children, Jennifer Jean Norris, Jeremy Joseph Rose, and Jessica Rose Dalton; and grandchildren, Emily Norris, Kyle Norris, Autumn Rose, Ivy Rose, Camden Everett, Hudson Everett, Logan Dalton, and Millie Dalton.

A service to honor his life will be held at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport, MS on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends may visit one-hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Rose family.

Bobby's family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for the love and support shown during this difficult time. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
