Winchester, Virgina - David Wayne McAdory, 65, of Winchester, formerly of Meridian, MS, died
Friday, December 5, 2025 in Winchester Medical Center.
He was born February 6, 1960 in Fort Stewart, GA, the son of Felin H. and Luna
Nichols McAdory.
Mr. McAdory was a certified welder and worked with sheet metal. He previously
had worked on offshore oil rigs in Texas and Louisiana.
Surviving is his mother, Luna Nichols Sorrells of Winchester, VA; a son, Kyle
McAdory of Columbus, MS; two sisters, Kathy Henson of Winchester, VA and Teresa
Brumbaugh of Martinsburg, WV and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Michael H. McAdory.
A funeral service will be Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in Phelps Funeral Chapel, 311
Hope Drive, Winchester with Pastor Vernon Bray officiating.
Burial will be private.
