Meridian, MS - Mrs. Frances Hall, age 84, of Meridian passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at her residence. At this time, there are no services scheduled. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Frances was born on June 6, 1941 in Haleyville, Alabama to the late Otis and Dorothy Cox. She attended Coffee High School in Florence, Alabama and later attended Florence State University (now the University of North Alabama). In June of 1959, she married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Howard Hall. They spent 62 years together, and to their union, two sons were born. Frances took her duties as a homemaker seriously, always exemplifying hard work, care, and compassion for her family.
She is survived by her sons, Lindsey Hall (Jere) and Howard Hall (Helah); grandchildren, Anna-Lindsey Sanders (B.J.) and Jackson Hall; one great-grandson on the way; brother, Robert Cox; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Hall, as well as her parents.
The family would like to express their gratitude to her caregiver, Kimberly Blanks, the entire staff of Browns Family Sitting Service, as well as the nurses and staff of Harper's Hospice Company.
