Helen Joyce Savelle
Helen (Joyce) Savelle, 83, died on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019, at her home. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m., at Beason Cemetery, Hwy 19 N. with the Rev. Chuck Overby officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her brother, Delen Savell (Mary Alice) of Foley, Ala.; her sister, Dolores Thomas of Meridian, Miss; an aunt, Claudia Phariss of Wichita Falls, Texas; nieces and nephews, David Savell (Terri) of Mobile, Ala., Toni Brewton of Foley, Ala., Mona Haskins (Kenny) of Meridian, Miss, Becky Howard (Robby) of Joppa, Ala., Collin and Angela Thomas of Freeport, Fla., Christopher Savell of Mobile, Ala., Jennifer Baker (Jake) of Theodore, Ala., Kaylen and Abbie Crago of Meridian, Miss., Moree and Meadow McDonald of Joppa, Ala., and Duke Baker of Theodore, Ala., and special friends, Lenita Bruner of Meridian, Miss., and Mary Delaughter of Orlando, Fla.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Savelle; her father, Otto Savell; brother-in-law, Raymond Thomas; and long-time business partner, James (Jim) Lucas.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Haskins, Robby Howard, Ricky Thomas, Collin Thomas, and Mardy McDonald.
A special thank you to Hospice Compassus for their wonderful care and compassion for Joyce, and her family during this time.

Mrs.Delores , Delin & families , We are Lifting You all Up in Prayers. Ms Joyce was a Beautiful Lady inside & out. She Loved her family! All her Neices & Nephews. We all enjoy hearing Mom's stories of all the shenanagins - They got into in school! We will all miss her sweet smile, and her unique Laugh. May sweet memories comfort you all . In deepest sympathy.
