Memorial services for Lt. Colonel Robert Charles Welch will be Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Toomsuba Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Welch, 70, of Toomsuba, passed away October 25, 2016 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be Thursday, October 27, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
