Graveside services for Martha Helen (Clark) Ethridge were held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 14, 2022. Interment was held in the Good Hope Cemetery. Rev. Matt Hall officiated.
Ms. Ethridge, 95, of Meridian, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Miss.
Martha retired after a 33-year career in banking from Regions Bank. In retirement, she enjoyed traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She took great joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church.
She is survived by daughters; Janice Eggler (Benny) and Sheila Hasson; grandchildren: Denise Johnson (David), Wendy Freeman, Diana White (David), and Jennifer Clark; great-grandchildren: Zac (Hannah), Nate, and Olivia Johnson; Hawk Allen; Tensley and Kiegan White; Elijah and Bailey Clark; great-great-grandchildren: Harper, Gentry and Marli Johnson; sister-in-law, Elouise Ethridge and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She is proceeded in death by her husband of 52 years, James A. Ethridge; parents, Linnie and Dorris Clark; siblings: Hollis, Herman, LD Clark and Opal Ricks.
