Funeral services for Mr. Steve "Travis" Curry will begin at 2:30 PM Friday, March 14, 2025, in the chapel of Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Dr. John Temple officiating. Interment will follow graveside rites at Blackwater Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Curry, 80, of Meridian, died Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Oschner Rush Medical Center in Meridian.

Steve was an avid outdoorsman as long as his health permitted. He especially enjoyed golfing and fishing. He enjoyed watching the old westerns on TV in his spare time. He retired as a Production Manager at Fairbanks Scales after a career which spanned over 30 years. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Steve is survived by his loving wife of over 57 years, Sue Curry; children, Patti Prince (Ken) and Chuck Curry; grandchildren, Blaine Prince (Brookes), Brandon Prince, and Kamren Prince; great-grandchildren, Parker Prince, Davis Prince, and Logan Prince; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mr. Curry is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Louise Curry; six brothers, and one sister.

The Curry Family suggests memorials be made as donations to Feed By Faith at P.O. Box 1064 · Meridian, MS 39302, in lieu of flowers.
