The family of Thurman Elliott Rogers, Jr. is saddened to announce his passing on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at the age of 54.

His family will hold a memorial service celebrating his life on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Trinity Assembly of God (5459 Chandler Rd Meridian MS) at 11:00 a.m. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Benjamin E. Rogers, Janet Rogers, and Eula 'Coot' Denton.

He is survived by his parents Thurman Rogers, Sr. (Dinah) and Sandra Dotson (Frank); his brother, Jason Rogers (Ashley) and sisters, Adrian Kelly (Michael), Rebecca Lang (Joshua) and Nikki Ward (Jason); his children, Nikki Rogers, Amanda Tennant (Corey), Alyssa Corrado (Zachary), Miles Rogers, Malaya Rogers, and Julianna Rogers; his granddaughters, Adi, Amelia, Ella, and Elouise; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on forever in our hearts.
